Working closely with our partners at Stream Financial, we oversee all aspects of financial management and reporting, such as:

  • Weekly sales and labour, accounts receivable, income statement, balance sheet and rolling forecast reporting.

  • Detailed and thorough oversight to ensure for financial accuracy.

  • Payment of all suppliers, property taxes/mortgage commitments, staff, etc.

  • Daily bank reconciliations.

Daily operations

 

Working closely with staff on a daily basis, on-site management (e.g. General Manager) reports directly to Hurst Hospitality with regular standing meetings and ad-hoc communication as required.

We believe in teaching well, monitoring closely, providing clear guidance and allowing on-site leaders to lead.

Sales, marketing, and revenue management

 

In accordance with training for the on-site sales team, we provide oversight of:

  • Weekly sales meetings.

  • Weekly sales reports in adherence to the annual sales and marketing plan.

  • Weekly and monthly sales target monitoring.

  • Third-party revenue management services.

Human resources

 

Staff recruitment, hiring, training and performance management – we provide a full-service approach to all relevant on-site human resources functions, including:

  • Custom ‘Management 101’ training program for supervisory and management staff.

  • Annual wage reviews as part of the operational budgeting process.

  • Development and execution of a robust on-boarding program for all new staff.

  • Staff performance monitoring.

  • Creation of an annual HR plan.

Brand relations
